Terms & Conditions

  Your Reservation and Payment:    

– In order to secure your reservation, you must notify TRAVOR of your request. An agent from the company will contact you to discuss and finalize the arrangements with you, and will provide you an itinerary for final confirmation. You must confirm these details and pay the agreed deposit.      

– TRAVOR needs a deposit 25% of the total pakage price paid at the time of confirmation the trip. The rest of payment is due 06 weeks before the trip.

– Any adjustments made to the original reservation are subject to availability.

– For last-minute reservations made within 07 days of the trip’s date, the total of payment must be paid at the time of confirmation.

– Excursions reservations must be made 48 hours before the excursion date, and the total of payment must be paid at the time of confirmation.

– If the client has any special requests, must notify the company while making the reservation. TRAVOR and its suppliers will make every effort to satisfy such requests, but because they aren’t part of the contract, the firm can’t guarantee that they will.

Children policy:

– Children under 02 years old will be free and stay in a shared room with their parents (maximum 02 children in the room).

– Children under 06 years will be 35% of the total cost of the package and stay in a shared room with their parents (maximum 02 children in the room subject to the capacity of the room in the hotel or ship).

– Children under 12 years of age will have a 50% discount on the total package and stay in a shared room with their parents (maximum 01 children in the room subject to the capacity of the room in the hotel or ship).

Cancellation policy, (excluding peak periods):

Cancellation requests must be expressly notified in writing by email to provide the company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.

– In the case of cancellation occurs 61 days before the date of the beginning of the trip, there will be a penalty of 15% of the total price of the contracted trip.

– In the case of cancellation occurs between 60 and 31 days prior to the start date of the trip, there will be a penalty of 25% of the total price of the contracted trip.

– In the case of cancellation occurs between 30 and 15 days prior to the start date of the trip, there will be a cancellation penalty of 50% of the total price of the contracted trip.

– In the case of cancellation occurs between 14 and 01 days before the date of the start of the trip, there will be a cancellation penalty of 100% of the total price of the contracted trip.

– Packages that include international or domestic flights, the cost of airline tickets, once issued, are non-refundable, and are added to the cancellation fees.

– Reservations for CHRISTMAS, EASTER WEEK and PERIODS OF HIGH DEMAND will be subject to another payment and cancellation policy depending on the system of each hotel. This policy will be sent by mail when book the trip in these periods.

– TRAVOR is not responsible and will not provide any refund for parts of travel services lost due to canceled or delayed flights or third party transportation services and other circumstances beyond the control or responsibility of TRAVOR that may be considered “force majeure” events. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations and/or delays as a result of weather conditions, road conditions, fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tidal waves, floods, and general strikes.
